بيان مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان بشأن العدوان الإسرائيلي على الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية

تُعرب مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان عن استنكارها للعدوان العسكري الإسرائيلي الأخير على أراضي الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، والذي يُعد انتهاكاً صارخاً لكافة المواثيق والأعراف الدولية، ولأبسط المبادئ المنصوص عليها في القانون الدولي الإنساني، وخرقاً جسيماً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة الذي يجرم الاعتداء على سيادة الدول دون تفويض شرعي أو سند قانوني

وندين فعل التهديد تجاه شخص المرشد الاعلى للجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية الذي يمثل مرجعا دينيا كبيرا وقائدا للدولة من قبل رئيس دولة عظمى هو فعل غير مقبول وخارج عن السياقات الدبلوماسية والرئاسية وحادثة غير مسبوقة وندعوا علماء المسلمين وكافة الاديان الى رفض هذا التصعيد الخطير

إن تكرار هذه الاعتداءات دون مساءلة حقيقية، وفي ظل صمت دولي مطبق أو تبريرات سياسية مريبة من بعض القوى العظمى، يمثل تهديداً مباشراً للنظام القانوني الدولي، وسابقة خطيرة تقوض أسس العدالة، وتشجع على المزيد من العنف، وتؤسس لمرحلة من الفوضى العالمية وانهيار المنظومة القيمية والحقوقية

نحذر من خطورة الكيل بمكيالين في التعامل مع ملفات السلم والحرب، إذ يتم التعامل بحزم وعقوبات صارمة مع بعض الدول كروسيا، بينما تُمنح إسرائيل حصانة مطلقة رغم ارتكابها أفعالاً أشد، وهو ما يُفقد المجتمع الدولي توازنه الأخلاقي، ويجعل من العدالة الدولية مجرد أدوات انتقائية تُستخدم لخدمة مصالح سياسية ضيقة

إن تجاهل هذه الممارسات، والانحياز الواضح لبعض الدول المهيمنة، سيؤدي في نهاية المطاف إلى ما يشبه حكم الغاب، حيث لا صوت يسمع سوى صوت القوة، وهذا لن يضر فقط بالضحايا المباشرين، بل سيمتد أثره ليطال الجميع، بما في ذلك تلك القوى التي تقود العالم اليوم، ويهدد مصالح كبرى الشركات والمؤسسات العالمية

نحن في مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان، ندعو إلى الوقف الفوري لكافة الأعمال العسكرية غير المبررة والعودة إلى احترام البروتوكولات الرسمية الدولية في حل النزاعات وتفعيل أدوات المساءلة القانونية ضد من ينتهك سيادة البلدان المستقلة

كما نناشد عقلاء العالم وأصحاب المصالح الكبرى، من حكومات وشركات ومنظمات مجتمع مدني، إلى اتخاذ موقف واضح ضد هذه الغطرسة، وممارسة الحكمة والتدبير العقلاني، قبل أن ينفرط العقد الدولي بالكامل، وتفقد الإنسانية ما تبقى لها من معايير تحكم سلوك الدول

العدالة ليست خياراً… بل ضرورة وجودية لاستمرار العالم

Statement by the Insaf  Foundation for Human Rights on the Israeli Aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran     

The Insaf Foundation for Human Rights condemns the recent Israeli military aggression against the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran This aggression constitutes a flagrant violation of all international conventions and norms, the most basic principles of international humanitarian law, and a grave breach of the United Nations Charter, which criminalizes any aggression against the sovereignty of states without legitimate authorization or legal basis

We condemn the threat posed by the head of a major power against the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a prominent religious authority and leader of the state. This is an unacceptable act, outside the context of diplomacy and presidency, and an unprecedented incident. We call on Muslim scholars and all religions to reject this dangerous escalation

The recurrence of these attacks without genuine accountability, amidst complete international silence or dubious political justifications from some major powers, represents a direct threat to the international legal system and a dangerous precedent that undermines the foundations of justice, encourages further violence, and lays the foundation for a period of global chaos and the collapse of the value and human rights system. We warn against the danger of double standards in dealing with matters of peace and war. Some countries, such as Russia, are dealt with firmly and with strict sanctions, while Israel is granted absolute immunity despite committing more serious acts. This undermines the international community’s moral balance and reduces international justice to a mere selective tool used to serve narrow political interests

We, at the Al-Insaf Foundation for Human Rights, call for an immediate cessation of all unjustified military actions, a return to respect for official international protocols for conflict resolution, and the activation of legal accountability tools against those who violate the sovereignty of independent countries

Justice is not an option… but an existential necessity for the world to survive
