تعرب مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان عن استنكارها الشديد للصمت المريب والمستمر الذي تلتزمه أغلب منظمات حقوق الإنسان الدولية إزاء الانتهاكات الجسيمة التي تُرتكب بحق الشعب الفلسطيني والشعوب الأخرى المضطهدة حول العالم.
لقد تجاوزت الانتهاكات في فلسطين كل الخطوط الحمراء، من جرائم الإبادة الجماعية، والتهجير القسري، واستهداف المدنيين، إلى تدمير البنى التحتية الحيوية من قبل المحتل، وسط صمت دولي، ومواقف انتقائية تعكس ازدواجية المعايير في تطبيق مبادئ حقوق الإنسان.
كما نُدين بشدة محاولات بعض الدول الغربية وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، ليس فقط التغطية على هذه الجرائم، بل والمضي في حماية الجناة، عبر الضغط السياسي والمالي، وتوفير الدعم العسكري والمعلوماتي المباشر، وإعطاء الذرائع لاستمرار المجازر البشعة.
إن هذا السلوك لا يقوّض فقط ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، بل يهدد المنظومة القانونية الدولية برمّتها، ويفضح مدى التسييس الذي باتت تخضع له قضايا العدالة وكرامة الشعوب.
تؤكد مؤسسة الإنصاف على أن السكوت عن الجريمة مشاركة فيها، وتدعو كل المنظمات والمؤسسات المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، المحلية والدولية، إلى الخروج عن حالة الصمت والانحياز، والتحرك العاجل لحماية المدنيين، ووقف هذه الانتهاكات، والعمل من أجل محاسبة المسؤولين عنها.
العدالة لا تتجزأ، وحقوق الإنسان ليست امتيازًا يُمنح، بل حق أصيل يجب أن يُصان للجميع.

Al-Insaf Foundition for Human Rights expresses its strong condemnation of the suspicious and ongoing silence adopted by most international human rights organizations regarding the grave violations committed against the Palestinian people and other oppressed nations around the world
The violations in Palestine have crossed all red lines — from genocide, forced displacement, and the targeting of civilians, to the destruction of vital infrastructure by the occupier — all occurring amid international silence and selective stances that reflect a blatant double standard in the application of human rights principles
We also strongly condemn the attempts by some Western countries, led by the United States of America, not only to cover up these crimes but to go further in protecting the perpetrators — through political and financial pressure, providing direct military and intelligence support, and offering justifications for the continuation of these heinous massacres
Such behavior does not only undermine the United Nations Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but threatens the entire international legal system, exposing the extent to which justice and the dignity of peoples have become politicized
Alinsaf affirms that silence in the face of crime is complicity, and calls upon all human rights organizations and institutions, both local and international, to break free from this silence and bias, to act urgently to protect civilians, stop these violations, and work to hold the perpetrators accountable
Justice is indivisible, and human rights are not privileges to be granted, but inherent rights that must be safeguarded for all
