تدين مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان جريمة العدوان الإسرائيلي التي أدت إلى استشهاد رئيس حكومة التغيير والبناء في اليمن أحمد غالب الرهوي وعدد من الوزراء وإصابة آخرين.
إن استهداف القيادات المدنية والسياسية يُعد انتهاكًا جسيمًا للقانون الدولي الإنساني وخرقًا واضحًا للمواثيق الدولية، ويمثل جريمة حرب تستوجب المساءلة وعدم إفلات مرتكبيها من العقاب.
وتؤكد المؤسسة أن استمرار هذه الجرائم يعكس نهجًا ممنهَجًا يهدد السلم والأمن الدوليين، ويستدعي تحركًا دوليًا عاجلًا لوقف الانتهاكات وضمان حماية المسؤولين المدنيين وصون العمل السياسي من الاستهداف.
وتشدد المؤسسة على أن غياب المساءلة الدولية يشجع الاحتلال على التمادي في ارتكاب المزيد من الانتهاكات، الأمر الذي يحتم تفعيل آليات العدالة الدولية لوضع حد لسياسة الإفلات من العقاب.
وتحمّل المؤسسة سلطات الاحتلال كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن هذه الجريمة وما يترتب عليها من تبعات.

Statement of Condemnation
Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation condemns the Israeli aggression that led to the martyrdom of Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi, Prime Minister of the Change and Build Government in Yemen, along with several ministers, and injuries to others.
Targeting civil and political leaders constitutes a serious violation of international humanitarian law and a clear breach of international conventions, and represents a war crime that requires accountability and the prevention of impunity for the perpetrators.
The Foundation affirms that the continuation of such crimes reflects a systematic approach that threatens international peace and security, necessitating urgent international action to halt these violations, ensure the protection of civil officials, and safeguard political work from targeting.
The Foundation stresses that the absence of international accountability encourages the occupying forces to continue committing further violations, highlighting the need to activate international justice mechanisms to put an end to impunity.
The Foundation holds the occupying authorities fully legally responsible for this crime and all its consequences.
