تعرب مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان عن استنكارها الشديد للعدوان الإسرائيلي الذي استهدف لبنان مؤخرًا، والذي يُعدّ اعتداءَ خطيرًا يمسّ الأمن والسلم ويخالف مبادئ القانون الدولي وحقوق الإنسان.
إن هذا الهجوم، بما يحمله من تبعات إنسانية وأمنية، يشكّل انتهاكًا واضحًا لأحكام الحماية التي يفرضها القانون الدولي في حالات النزاع، ويزيد من حدة التوتر وعدم الاستقرار في المنطقة.
وتؤكد المؤسسة أن استمرار هذه الاعتداءات، وتكرارها بهذا الشكل، يُدخل المنطقة في دوامة خطيرة من التصعيد، ويُفاقم الأوضاع الميدانية والإنسانية على حد سواء.
كما تشدد المؤسسة على ضرورة وقف هذه الهجمات فورًا، واحترام المعايير القانونية والأخلاقية التي تحظر استهداف أي منشآت أو مناطق تحت طائلة الاعتداء العسكري غير المشروع.
وترى المؤسسة أهمية توثيق هذه الانتهاكات المتواصلة التي تتكرر بشكل ممنهج، بما يتيح وضع حقائق واضحة أمام الرأي العام ويمهّد لمساءلة الجهات المسؤولة ضمن الأطر القانونية المعتمدة.
إن أي اعتداء يمس أمن الشعوب واستقرارها هو أمر مرفوض قطعًا، ويتعارض مع مبادئ الحقوق والعدالة وحرمة الحياة.

Condemnation Statement
The Al-Insaf Foundation for Human Rights expresses its strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression that recently targeted Lebanon, considering it a grave violation that threatens security and peace and contravenes the principles of international law and human rights.
This attack, with its humanitarian and security repercussions, represents a clear violation of the protective provisions imposed by international law during conflicts, escalating tensions and instability in the region.
The Foundation affirms that the continuation and repetition of such attacks will plunge the region into a dangerous spiral of escalation, worsening both the ground and humanitarian situations.
It also stresses the need to immediately halt these attacks and to respect the legal and ethical standards that prohibit targeting any facilities or areas under the threat of unlawful military aggression.
The Foundation emphasizes the importance of documenting these ongoing violations that are systematically repeated, allowing for clear facts to be presented to public opinion and paving the way for accountability of those responsible within the established legal frameworks.
Any aggression that undermines the security and stability of nations is absolutely unacceptable, contradicting the principles of rights, justice, and the sanctity of life.
