بيان صادر عن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان

تعلن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان إدانتها الشديدة ورفضها التام لما جرى في جمهورية فنزويلا من اختطاف رئيس دولة ذات سيادة ونقله قسراً خارج حدود بلاده، في ممارسة تمثل انتهاكاً خطيراً لمبادئ حقوق الإنسان، وتجسيداً صارخاً لازدواجية المعايير التي تنتهجها دول تدّعي حماية الحقوق والحريات.

إن ما جرى لا يمكن تبريره تحت أي مسمى قانوني أو أخلاقي، ويكشف بوضوح أن خطاب “حماية حقوق الإنسان” يُستخدم انتقائياً، ويُفعَّل أو يُعطَّل وفق منطق المصلحة لا وفق مبادئ العدالة. فحينما تتعارض الحقوق مع المصالح، تُنتهك الحقوق بلا تردد، وحينما تخدم المصلحة، تُستدعى القوانين والشعارات كأدوات ضغط لا كقيم إنسانية.

وتؤكد المؤسسة أن الاعتراضات أو المواقف الدولية التي تُطرح في مثل هذه القضايا لا تنبع في كثير من الأحيان من حرص حقيقي على حقوق الإنسان، بل من توافق أو تعارض مع المصالح الأمريكية، الأمر الذي يفرغ المنظومة الحقوقية الدولية من مضمونها، ويحيلها إلى أداة سياسية فاقدة للمصداقية.

إن العالم اليوم لا يُدار بمنطق السلام القائم على العدالة، بل بمنطق فرض الاستسلام بالقوة، وهو نهج لا يصنع سلاماً، بل يكرّس التوحش ويعمّق الأزمات ويزرع بذور الفوضى. إن هذا التوحش المتصاعد لا يقف عند حدوده الجغرافية، بل له ارتدادات خطيرة تستفز الشعوب، وتدفعها إلى فقدان الثقة بالمنظومة الدولية، وتفتح الباب أمام انفلات الأوضاع إلى ما لا يُحمد عقباه.

وتحذّر مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان من أن استمرار هذا النهج سيجعل السلام خارج أيدي الحكومات والمنظمات، لينتقل إلى الشارع والشعوب، حيث تصبح ردود الفعل غير قابلة للضبط، وتتحول الأزمات إلى صراعات مفتوحة لا يمكن احتواؤها.

وانطلاقاً من مسؤوليتنا الحقوقية والإنسانية، تؤكد المؤسسة أن الاختطاف القسري، وانتهاك سيادة الدول، وفرض الحلول بالقوة تمثل جرائم مرفوضة أخلاقياً وقانونياً، وتشكل تهديداً مباشراً للسلم والأمن الدوليين، وتقويضاً خطيراً لما تبقى من ثقة بالنظام الدولي.

وتؤكد المؤسسة ختاماً أن حقوق الإنسان لا تُجزّأ، ولا تُستخدم وفق المصالح، ولا تُحمى بالقوة، وأن احترام كرامة الشعوب وسيادة الدول هو الأساس الوحيد لأي سلام حقيقي ومستدام.

A World Without Balance: Sovereignty Violated and Justice Assassinated

Statement issued by Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation

Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation declares its strong condemnation and complete rejection of what occurred in the Republic of Venezuela, involving the abduction of the president of a sovereign state and his forcible transfer outside the borders of his country, a practice that constitutes a serious violation of human rights principles and a stark embodiment of the double standards adopted by states that claim to protect rights and freedoms.

What occurred cannot be justified under any legal or moral pretext, and it clearly reveals that the discourse of “protecting human rights” is used selectively, activated or suspended according to the logic of interest rather than the principles of justice. When rights conflict with interests, rights are violated without hesitation, and when interests are served, laws and slogans are invoked as tools of pressure rather than as human values.

The Foundation affirms that the objections or international positions raised in such cases often do not stem from genuine concern for human rights, but rather from alignment or conflict with American interests, which empties the international human rights system of its substance and turns it into a political instrument lacking credibility.

Today, the world is not governed by a logic of peace based on justice, but by a logic of imposing submission by force—a path that does not produce peace, but rather entrenches brutality, deepens crises, and sows the seeds of chaos. This escalating brutality does not stop at geographic boundaries; it has dangerous repercussions that provoke peoples, push them to lose confidence in the international system, and open the door to an uncontrolled breakdown of situations with dire consequences.Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation warns that the continuation of this approach will place peace beyond the hands of governments and organizations, transferring it to the streets and the peoples, where reactions become uncontrollable and crises turn into open conflicts that cannot be contained.

Based on its human rights and humanitarian responsibility, the Foundation affirms that enforced abduction, violations of state sovereignty, and the imposition of solutions by force constitute crimes that are morally and legally rejected, pose a direct threat to international peace and security, and represent a grave undermining of what remains of trust in the international system.

The Foundation concludes by affirming that human rights are indivisible, are not to be used according to interests, and cannot be protected by force, and that respect for the dignity of peoples and the sovereignty of states is the only foundation for any genuine and sustainable peace.
