بيان إدانة واستنكار صادر عن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان

تُدين وتستنكر مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان بأشد العبارات العدوان السافر الذي تشنه القوات الصهيوأمريكية ضد أراضي الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، وتؤكد المؤسسة بوضوح أن شن هذه الحرب من أساسه يمثل جريمة عدوان مكتملة الأركان واعتداءً يفتقر لأي مسوغ قانوني أو شرعية دولية.

إن هذا الهجوم لا يشكل انتهاكاً لقواعد الحرب فحسب، بل هو اعتداء غاشم على أصل سيادة الدول، حيث لا يملك المعتدي أي حق قانوني أو أخلاقي في استهداف الأراضي أو الأعيان، سواء كانت أهدافاً مدنية أو عسكرية، فكل رصاصة أو قذيفة تُطلق في هذا السياق هي خرق فاضح لميثاق الأمم المتحدة الذي يحظر التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد سلامة الأراضي والاستقلال السياسي للدول.

إن إمعان العدوان في استهداف المدارس والمستشفيات والأحياء السكنية لا يعكس استهتاراً بحياة الإنسان فحسب، بل يتجاوز ذلك إلى جريمة إبادة ممنهجة؛ إذ تؤكد المؤسسة أن تعمد الاعتداء على الموارد الأساسية كإمدادات الوقود والمياه والطاقة يمثل جريمة ضد الإنسانية مكتملة الأركان، تهدف إلى خنق سبل العيش وتجريد المدنيين من أدنى مقومات البقاء، وهو ما يشكل انتهاكاً صارخاً لا يمكن تبريره تحت أي ذريعة ، مما يمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً للحقوق الأساسية التي لا يمكن المساس بها تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

وفي هذا الصدد، تستنكر المؤسسة بشدة حالة الصمت الدولي المريب والمخزي الذي تبديه دول العالم والمنظمات الأممية تجاه هذا التغول. إن هذا التغاضي العالمي ليس مجرد تقاعس، بل هو تواطؤ يكرس سياسة “ازدواجية المعايير” المقيتة، حيث يصمت العالم أمام إبادة الشعوب وانتهاك سيادتها من قبل القوى المهيمنة التي تنصب نفسها حكماً وهي الخصم والمعتدي في آن واحد. إن هذا الصمت يمنح المعتدي صكاً على بياض للاستمرار في جرائمه ويضرب ما تبقى من مصداقية القانون الدولي، محولاً العالم إلى غابة تغيب فيها العدالة ويسود فيها منطق القوة الغاشمة.

وعليه، فإننا في مؤسسة الإنصاف نطالب كافة دول العالم بكسر هذا الصمت المريب واتخاذ مواقف حازمة وعملية لوقف هذا العدوان غير القانوني فوراً، وندعو الضمير العالمي للتحرك لحماية حق الشعوب في السيادة والحياة، ومحاسبة قادة هذا العدوان أمام المحافل الدولية كجناة ومجرمي حرب، تأكيداً على أن الحقوق لا تسقط بالتقادم وأن العدوان مهما امتلك من قوة سيبقى فعلاً إجرامياً منبوذاً وفاقداً للشرعية.

Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation Issued by the Al-Insaaf Foundation for Human Rights
The Al-Insaaf Foundation for Human Rights condemns and denounces, in the strongest possible terms, the blatant aggression launched by the Zion-American forces against the territories of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Foundation clearly emphasizes that the initiation of this war from its inception represents a full-fledged crime of aggression and an assault lacking any legal justification or international legitimacy.
This attack does not only constitute a violation of the rules of war; it is a brutal assault on the very principle of state sovereignty. The aggressor possesses no legal or moral right to target territories or objects, whether they be civilian or military targets. Every bullet or shell fired in this context is a flagrant breach of the United Nations Charter, which prohibits the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity and political independence of states.
The persistence of the aggression in targeting schools, hospitals, and residential neighborhoods reflects more than just a disregard for human life; it transcends that to a crime of systematic genocide. The Foundation affirms that the deliberate attack on essential resources—such as fuel, water, and energy supplies—represents a full-fledged crime against humanity, aimed at suffocating livelihoods and stripping civilians of the most basic requirements for survival. This constitutes a blatant violation that cannot be justified under any pretext, representing a flagrant infringement on fundamental rights that cannot be compromised under any circumstances.
In this regard, the Foundation strongly denounces the suspicious and shameful international silence displayed by the countries of the world and UN organizations toward this encroachment. This global oversight is not merely inaction; it is complicity that perpetuates the abhorrent policy of “double standards,” where the world remains silent in the face of the genocide of peoples and the violation of their sovereignty by dominant powers that appoint themselves as judge while being the adversary and the aggressor simultaneously. This silence grants the aggressor a blank check to continue its crimes and strikes at what remains of the credibility of international law, turning the world into a jungle where justice is absent and the logic of brute force prevails.
Accordingly, we at the Al-Insaaf Foundation demand that all countries of the world break this suspicious silence and take firm, practical positions to stop this illegal aggression immediately. We call upon the global conscience to act to protect the rights of peoples to sovereignty and life, and to hold the leaders of this aggression accountable before international forums as perpetrators and war criminals, emphasizing that rights do not lapse by prescription and that aggression, no matter how much power it possesses, will remain an outcast criminal act devoid of legitimacy.
