بيان صادر عن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان
(في وداع العام: حين تخونُ الحضارةُ إنسانيتَها)
يُسدل الستار على هذا العام بمأساة يندى لها جبين التاريخ، تجري فصولها الدامية بمرأى ومسمع العالم الذي يصف نفسه بـ “المتحضر”، بينما أثبتت الوقائع أنه عالمٌ خالٍ من الحضارة؛ يشهد الجريمة ولا يتحرك، ويرى الموت ولا يمنعه.
مع رحيل هذا العام وغزة بين فكي الإبادة وبرد الشتاء , الآلاف يُزهقون، والأهالي يواجهون بمفردهم واقعًا مأساويًا يجمع بين دماء القصف ووحل النزوح واطفال تتسرب مياه الأمطار داخل خيامهم المتهالكة، ويفقدون حياتهم في اعتداءٍ تجرد من كل القيم الإنسانية. ما يعيشه الأطفال والأهالي اليوم من بردٍ ينهش أجسادهم الضعيفة، يضع المنظومة الدولية أمام حقيقتها؛ منظومة ترى الأسر تموت صمتًا وصقيعًا ولا تحرك ساكنًا.
إن القانون الدولي والقواعد الدولية قد ضُرب بها عرض الحائط، تحت عناوين واهية كـ “الدفاع عن النفس”. هذه الشعارات المضللة لم تُطرح إلا لإثبات “القدرة في القوة”، لا السيادة للقانون، ولا الاحترام للقيم والأعراف. لقد استُبدلت لغة الحق بمنطق البطش، لتصبح القوة هي الحَكم بدلًا من العدالة والقيم، وضحيتها آلاف الأبرياء من الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ.
إن مأساة غزة اليوم هي المرآة التي كشفت زيف الشعارات الدولية، مما يستوجب:
• صحوة حقيقية للضمير فالسكوت عن الأهالي وهم يواجهون الموت، وعن الأطفال وهم يموتون بردًا أو قصفًا، هو اشتراك في ضياع كرامة الإنسان.
• استعادة القانون لا لتطويعه لتبرير القتل تحت أعذار واهية لا تعترف بها الإنسانية.
• التحرك الفوري لإنقاذ ما تبقى من أرواح الأطفال والعائلات قبل أن يغلق العام فصوله على مأساة مستمرة.
ختامًا
سينتهي العام، وسيبقى العار يطارد كل من شاهد هذه المأساة ولم يمد يده ليغير شيئًا.

Statement Issed by Al-Insaf Foundation for Human Rights
(At the Farewell of the Year: When Civilization Betrays Its Humanity)
As the curtain falls on this year, it does so upon a tragedy that makes the brow of history drip with shame—its bloody chapters unfolding before the eyes and ears of a world that describes itself as “civilized,” yet whose actions have proven it to be a world devoid of civilization; one that witnesses crime and does not move, that sees death and does not prevent it.
As this year departs while Gaza is caught between the jaws of annihilation and the cold of winter, thousands are being killed, and families are left to face alone a tragic reality that combines the blood of bombardment with the mud of displacement. Children endure rainwater seeping into their tattered tents and lose their lives in assaults stripped of all human values. What children and families are experiencing today—cold gnawing at their fragile bodies—lays bare the true nature of the international system: a system that watches families die in silence and freezing cold, without lifting a finger.
International law and international norms have been cast aside under hollow slogans such as “self-defense.” These misleading slogans have been raised only to assert the “power of force,” not the supremacy of law, nor respect for values and norms. The language of rights has been replaced by the logic of brutality, making force the arbiter instead of justice and values—its victims thousands of innocent children, women, and the elderly.
The tragedy of Gaza today is the mirror that has exposed the falseness of international slogans, which necessitates:
• A genuine awakening of conscience, for remaining silent while families face death, and while children die of cold or bombardment, is complicity in the loss of human dignity.
• The restoration of law—not its manipulation to justify killing under hollow pretexts unrecognized by humanity.
• Immediate action to save what remains of the lives of children and families before the year closes its chapters on an ongoing tragedy.
In conclusion,
The year will end, but shame will continue to pursue everyone who witnessed this tragedy and did not extend a hand to change anything.
