بيان صادر عن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان
في تصعيد خطير يقوض النظام الدولي ويضع قواعده امام اختبار حقيقي تُدين مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان جريمة اغتيال سماحة السيد علي الخامنئي، المرجع الديني البارز وقائد أحد أهم مسارات المواجهة بين الحق والباطل في عصرنا الحديث، في سياق عدوانٍ تمارسه قوى الهيمنة والاستكبار الصهيو-أمريكي.
إن مؤسسة الإنصاف، إذ تُدين هذه الجريمة، تؤكد أن طريق الحق لا ينتهي باغتيال شخص، فالحق منهج راسخ لا يُختزل بفرد، وحملته كُثر، وامتداده مستمر عبر الأجيال. وقد أثبت التاريخ أن استهداف القادة لا يُسقط القضايا العادلة، بل يزيدها حضورا وتجذرا في وعي الشعوب الحرة.
وتؤكد المؤسسة أن هذا النهج، الذي مثّلته القيادات والمرجعيات المقاومة، هو نهج الدفاع عن كرامة الشعوب العربية والإسلامية، وعن جميع الشعوب المظلومة في مواجهة سياسات الهيمنة والرأسمالية الصهيونية الغربية. وهو ثمن تدفعه القيادات وشعوبها دفاعا عن العدالة وحق تقرير المصير.
وفي هذا السياق، تشدد مؤسسة الإنصاف على ما يأتي:
• إن الاغتيالات السياسية تمثل انتهاكا صريحا للحق في الحياة وجريمة مرفوضة وفق مبادئ حقوق الإنسان، ولا يمكن تبريرها تحت أي غطاء سياسي أو أمني.
• إن التعامل الانتقائي مع هذه الجرائم يكشف ازدواجية المعايير الدولية في تطبيق حقوق الإنسان، حيث تُدان الانتهاكات أو يُغضّ الطرف عنها تبعًا لهوية الضحية والفاعل.
• إن الصمت أو الحياد إزاء هذه الانتهاكات يتناقض مع جوهر العمل الحقوقي، فـحقوق الإنسان غير قابلة للتجزئة، والسكوت عن الظلم يُسهم في استمراره بدل منعه.
وتُعرب المؤسسة عن أسفها وإدانتها لمواقف العالم، ولا سيّما بعض من يُفترض بهم تمثيل النخب الدينية والاجتماعية والسياسية، الذين يقفون موقف الصمت أو الحياد بعد تأكيد جريمة الاغتيال، في معركةٍ واضحة بين الظلم والعدالة، متجاهلين مسؤولياتهم الأخلاقية والإنسانية، ومكرّسين بصمتهم نهج ازدواجية المعايير والإفلات من العقاب.
وتؤكد مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان أن الثبات على الحق، مهما قلّ الناصرون، هو نهج إنساني وأخلاقي ثابت، وأن من يبقى في ميدان العدالة لا يستوحش من قلة السالكين، فالمواقف الشريفة، مهما بدا أثرها محدودا، تصنع الفارق وتمهّد لانتصار الكرامة الإنسانية.

Statement Issued by Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation
In a serious escalation that undermines the international system and puts its rules to a real test, Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation condemns the assassination of His Eminence Ali Khamenei, the prominent religious authority and leader of one of the most important paths of confrontation between truth and falsehood in our modern era, in the context of aggression carried out by the Zionist-American forces of domination and arrogance.
Al-Insaf Foundation, while condemning this crime, affirms that the path of truth does not end with the assassination of an individual, for truth is a firm methodology that cannot be reduced to one person, its carriers are many, and its extension continues across generations. History has proven that targeting leaders does not eliminate just causes but rather strengthens their presence and deepens them in the consciousness of free peoples.
The foundation emphasizes that this approach, represented by the resistant leaders and religious authorities, is an approach defending the dignity of Arab and Islamic peoples, and all oppressed peoples in the face of the policies of Western Zionist capitalism and domination. It is a price paid by leaders and their peoples in defense of justice and the right to self-determination.
In this context, Al-Insaf Foundation stresses the following:
• Political assassinations constitute a clear violation of the right to life and a crime rejected according to the principles of human rights, and they cannot be justified under any political or security pretext.
• Selective treatment of these crimes exposes the double standards in the international application of human rights, where violations are condemned or ignored depending on the identity of the victim and the perpetrator.
• Silence or neutrality regarding these violations contradicts the essence of human rights work, as human rights are indivisible, and remaining silent about injustice contributes to its continuation rather than its prevention.
The foundation expresses its deep regret and condemnation of the stance of the world, especially some who are supposed to represent religious, social, and political elites, who adopt silence or neutrality after the confirmation of the assassination, in a clear battle between injustice and justice, neglecting their ethical and human responsibilities, and consolidating their silence as a practice of double standards and impunity.
Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation affirms that remaining steadfast on the path of truth, no matter how few the supporters, is a firm humanistic and ethical principle, and that those who remain in the field of justice should not be daunted by the few who follow, for noble positions, no matter how limited their apparent impact, make a difference and pave the way for the triumph of human dignity.
