حول القمة العالمية الثانية للتنمية الاجتماعية – الدوحة 2025
تتابع مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان باهتمامٍ بالغ أعمال القمة العالمية الثانية للتنمية الاجتماعية المنعقدة في الدوحة خلال المدة من 4 إلى 6 نوفمبر 2025، إدراكًا لخطورة المرحلة التي تمر بها العدالة الاجتماعية في عالمٍ تتسع فيه الفجوات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وتتراجع فيه مكانة الإنسان في معادلة التنمية.
لقد أكد سموّ أمير دولة قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني في كلمته الافتتاحية أن التنمية لا تُقاس بالناتج المحلي أو الأرقام، بل بكرامة الإنسان، وعدالة الفرص، وشمول الجميع دون تمييز. وهي رسالة تعبّر عن جوهر ما نادت به الحركة الحقوقية منذ عقود: أن التنمية لا تكون تنميةً حقيقية ما لم تضع الإنسان في مركزها.
وترى مؤسسة الإنصاف أن هذه القمة تشكل لحظة فاصلة لمراجعة الالتزامات الدولية التي بقيت حبيسة الوعود، وتؤكد على المحاور التالية:
1. الترابط بين التنمية وحقوق الإنسان: لا تنمية بلا عدالة واستقرار.
2. مكافحة الفقر والتهميش: الفقر ليس قدراً بل نتيجة لسياسات غير عادلة يجب تصحيحها.
3. العمل اللائق كحق إنساني: العدالة تبدأ من أجور منصفة وفرص عمل تحترم كرامة الإنسان.
4. المسؤولية الدولية المشتركة: الدول الغنية مطالبة بدعمٍ حقيقي للدول النامية، لا بالاكتفاء بالخطابات.
5. البيئة كحق أصيل: حماية الكوكب واجب أخلاقي، والإضرار به انتهاكٌ لحقوق الإنسان والأجيال القادمة.
إن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان تدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى الانتقال من مرحلة التصريحات إلى مرحلة التنفيذ والمحاسبة، ومراجعة السياسات التي كرّست التفاوت على المستويين المحلي والعالمي. كما تدعو الحكومات العربية إلى إدماج مبادئ العدالة الاجتماعية في تشريعاتها الوطنية، وتحويل الوعود إلى أفعال ملموسة.
وتؤكد المؤسسة أن العدالة الاجتماعية ليست شعاراً سياسياً، بل التزام قانوني وأخلاقي، وأن أي مشروع تنموي يتجاهل الإنسان كمنظومة اجتماعية متراصة أساسها الأسرة يفقد معناه ويقوّض مستقبله.

On the Second World Summit for Social Development – Doha 2025
The Al-Insaf Foundation for Human Rights closely follows the proceedings of the Second World Summit for Social Development held in Doha from November 4–6, 2025, recognizing the critical stage that social justice is going through in a world where economic and social gaps are widening, and the value of the human being is declining in the equation of development
His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, affirmed in his opening speech that development is not measured by GDP or statistics, but by human dignity, equality of opportunity, and inclusion without discrimination. This message reflects the essence of what the human rights movement has long advocated: that development cannot be genuine unless it places the human being at its core
The Al-Insaf Foundation believes that this summit represents a defining moment to review international commitments that have remained confined to promises and emphasizes the following key points
The link between development and human rights: There is no development without justice and stability.
Combating poverty and marginalization: Poverty is not destiny but the result of unjust policies that must be corrected.
Decent work as a human right: Justice begins with fair wages and job opportunities that respect human dignity.
Shared international responsibility: Wealthy nations must provide genuine support to developing countries, not merely speeches.
The environment as a fundamental right: Protecting the planet is a moral duty, and harming it is a violation of the rights of humanity and future generations
The Al-Insaf Foundation for Human Rights calls on the international community to move from declarations to implementation and accountability, and to review policies that have entrenched inequality on both local and global levels. It also calls on Arab governments to integrate the principles of social justice into their national legislation and to turn promises into tangible actions
The Foundation affirms that social justice is not a political slogan but a legal and moral commitment, and that any development project which ignores the human being as a cohesive social entity—rooted in the family—loses its meaning and undermines its own future
