بيان صادر عن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان

في الوقت الذي تُرفع فيه شعارات الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، تبرز الولايات المتحدة بوصفها آخر من يملك شرعية هذا الخطاب، في ظل أزماتها الداخلية العميقة في العدالة والحريات، واتساع فجوة الثقة بين المجتمع ومؤسسات إنفاذ القانون.

إن من يعجز عن صون كرامة مواطنيه، وضمان حقوقهم الأساسية، لا يحق له أن يتصدر المشهد الحقوقي العالمي أو أن ينصّب نفسه وصيًا أخلاقيًا على شعوب العالم. فالقفز فوق الاستحقاقات الداخلية والتوجّه نحو التدخل الخارجي لا ينتج إلا مزيدًا من الأزمات والدمار الإنساني.

وقد تحوّل هذا العجز إلى نهج تدخلي مدمّر في شؤون الدول الأخرى، تُستخدم فيه حقوق الإنسان كأداة ضغط وتدخل، وكانت نتائجه تفكيك المجتمعات وزعزعة الاستقرار.

وفي هذا السياق، تمثل الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية نموذجًا واضحًا لهذا النهج، حيث يجري تضخيم الاضطرابات وتبييض العنف، مقابل تعتيم متعمّد على الحراك السلمي الواسع الداعم للاستقرار، في إطار منظومة إعلامية منحازة تُعيد تشكيل الوعي بما يخدم الأجندات السياسية لا الحقيقة.

إن ما يجري في إيران وفنزويلا وكوبا وغيرها لا يعكس حالات منفصلة، بل نمطًا واحدًا من التدخل المقنّع، تُستخدم فيه العقوبات والضغوط الاقتصادية والتلاعب الإعلامي لإخضاع الشعوب لا لحمايتها.
وأمام هذا المشهد, يتم التساؤل :
أين المنظمات الحقوقية؟ أين الأصوات الحرة؟ وأين ضمير الشعوب؟
وتحذّر المؤسسة من أن الاستمرار في هذا النهج لا يهدد دولة بعينها، بل يهدد السلم والاستقرار الدوليين برمّتهما.
حقوق الإنسان ليست ذريعة للتدخل،
ولا غطاءً للفوضى،
ولا أداة لإخضاع الشعوب،
ومن ينتهك كرامة الإنسان خارج حدوده،
كان قد انتهكها أولًا داخلها.

At a time when slogans of defending human rights are being raised, the United States emerges as the last party with any legitimacy to uphold this discourse, given its deep internal crises in justice and freedoms and the widening gap of trust between society and law-enforcement institutions.
Those who fail to safeguard the dignity of their own citizens and guarantee their fundamental rights have no right to lead the global human rights scene or to appoint themselves as a moral guardian over the peoples of the world. Bypassing internal obligations and turning toward external intervention produces nothing but further crises and humanitarian devastation.
This failure has evolved into a destructive interventionist approach in the affairs of other states, where human rights are used as a tool of pressure and interference, resulting in the fragmentation of societies and the destabilization of nations.
In this context, the Islamic Republic of Iran represents a clear example of this approach, where unrest is exaggerated and violence is whitewashed, while broad, peaceful movements supporting stability are deliberately obscured—within a biased media system that reshapes public awareness to serve political agendas rather than the truth.
What is happening in Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, and elsewhere does not reflect isolated cases, but rather a single pattern of disguised intervention, in which sanctions, economic pressures, and media manipulation are employed to subjugate peoples, not to protect them.
In light of this reality, pressing questions arise:
Where are the human rights organizations?
Where are the free voices?
And where is the conscience of the world?
The Foundation warns that continuing along this path does not threaten a single state alone, but endangers international peace and stability as a whole.
Human rights are not a pretext for intervention,
nor a cover for chaos,
nor a tool to subjugate peoples.
Whoever violates human dignity beyond their borders has first violated it within them.
