في ظلّ ما يشهده الشعب السوداني من مآسٍ متصاعدة نتيجة الصراع الدائر بين الأطراف المتنازعة، تُعبّر مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان عن استنكارها الشديد لما آلت إليه الأوضاع الإنسانية من تدهورٍ مروّع وضياعٍ للبوصلة الوطنية والإنسانية.
لقد تحوّلت المدن السودانية إلى مناطق أزماتٍ ومعاناةٍ إنسانية قاسية، تتبدد فيها طاقات المواطنين وتُهدر حقوقهم الأساسية في الحياة والأمن والتعليم والصحة والعيش الكريم.
وأصبح الإنسان السوداني الضحية الأولى لصراع المصالح وتقاطع النفوذ، فيما يضيع صوته وحقه المشروع في ظل سباقٍ لا يعرف سوى الخسارة.
إنّ الحق في الحياة والكرامة والأمان هو حق أصيل لا يقبل التفاوض أو المساومة، ولا يمكن لأي نزاعٍ سياسي أو سلطوي أن يبرر المساس به.
لقد ضاع الاتجاه الإنساني في هذا الصراع، وفقدت القيم الأخلاقية حضورها، وأصبح المواطن السوداني هو الخاسر الأكبر بين أطرافٍ تتنازع على الخراب.
وتؤكد مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان أنّ ما يجري في السودان يمثل جرحًا في ضمير الإنسانية ومسؤوليةً أخلاقيةً على العالم أجمع، وأنّ صمت المجتمع الدولي تجاه هذه المأساة يُعد تواطؤًا غير مباشر مع الانتهاكات المستمرة بحق الأبرياء.
إنّ مؤسسة الإنصاف، إذ تُعبّر عن تضامنها الكامل مع الشعب السوداني، تؤكد التزامها الثابت بمواصلة رصد الانتهاكات ورفع الصوت الحقوقي دفاعًا عن الإنسان أينما كان، إيمانًا بأنّ الكرامة لا تُمنح، بل تُصان، وأنّ العدالة لا تُرجى، بل تُنتزع بوعي الشعوب وإصرارها على الحياة.

Statement of Condemnation
In light of the escalating tragedies experienced by the Sudanese people as a result of the ongoing conflict between the warring parties, Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation expresses its strong condemnation of the horrific deterioration of the humanitarian situation and the loss of both national and human direction
Sudanese cities have turned into zones of crisis and severe humanitarian suffering where the energies of citizens are being drained and their fundamental rights to life, security, education, health, and decent living are being violated The Sudanese individual has become the first victim of power struggles and intersecting interests while their voice and legitimate rights are lost in a race that recognizes nothing but loss
The rights to life, dignity, and safety are inherent and non-negotiable No political or power conflict can justify their violation The human essence of this conflict has been lost moral values have faded and the Sudanese citizen remains the greatest loser amid warring sides battling over ruin
Al-Insaf Human Rights Foundation affirms that what is happening in Sudan represents a wound in the conscience of humanity and a moral responsibility upon the entire world The silence of the international community regarding this tragedy constitutes indirect complicity in the ongoing violations against innocent civilians
