تدين مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان بأشد العبارات الجريمة المروعة التي ارتكبها الاحتلال الصهيوني في قطاع غزة، والمتمثلة في قصف خيمة صحفية أمام مستشفى الشفاء، ما أدى إلى استشهاد الصحفيين أنس الشريف ومحمد قريقع مع مجموعة من الصحفيين، أثناء تأدية واجبهم في نقل الحقيقة من قلب الميدان.
إن هذا الاستهداف المباشر للصحفيين هو رسالة واضحة من الاحتلال بأنه يسعى لإسكات الأصوات الحرة وإخفاء جرائمه عن العالم، في تحدٍّ صارخ لكل القوانين الدولية والأعراف الإنسانية.
وتشدد المؤسسة على أن هذه الجريمة تمثل جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان، وأن التهاون في مواجهتها سيعني فتح الباب أمام المزيد من الجرائم بحق الإعلاميين. وتطالب المؤسسة بفتح تحقيق دولي عاجل، وملاحقة الجناة، وتكثيف الجهود لحماية الصحفيين في مناطق النزاع، وضمان أن دماءهم لن تذهب هدرًا. كما تؤكد أن صمت العالم على هذه الجرائم لن يطمس الحقيقة، وأن الكلمة الحرة ستبقى أقوى من رصاص القتلة، مهما اشتد الظلام.

Statement of Condemnation
The Al-Insaf Foundation for Human Rights strongly condemns the horrific crime committed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza, specifically the bombing of a press tent in front of Al-Shifa Hospital, which resulted in the martyrdom of journalists Anas Al-Sharif and Mohammed Qereqa, along with a group of journalists, while performing their duty to deliver the truth from the heart of the battlefield
This direct targeting of journalists is a clear message from the occupation, aiming to silence free voices and conceal its crimes from the world, in blatant defiance of international laws and humanitarian norms
The foundation stresses that this crime constitutes a complete war crime, and any leniency in confronting it will open the door for more crimes against media personnel. The foundation calls for an urgent international investigation, the prosecution of the perpetrators, and intensifying efforts to protect journalists in conflict zones, ensuring that their blood will not be in vain. It also affirms that the world’s silence on these crimes will not erase the truth, and that the free word will remain stronger than the bullets of the killers, no matter how dark the times become
