بيان انتصار الدم على السيف
صادر عن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان
ها قد انقضت حربٌ طاحنة، خُيِّل للعالم أنها ستُسكت صوت الضحايا وتُطفئ شعلة القضية، فإذا بها تُثبت أن الدم حين يُسفك ظلماً لا يُهزم، بل يتحول إلى رايةٍ تُرفرف فوق السيوف المنحنية أمام إرادة الشعوب.
تعلن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان أن ما جرى في فلسطين لم يكن مجرد حرب، بل فصلٌ جديد من ملحمةٍ طويلة بين الظالم والمظلوم، بين المستعمر والشعب الأعزل، بين من يملك السيف ومن يملك الحق.
ورغم شراسة العدوان، وتواطؤ الصمت الدولي، فإن الدم انتصر على السيف، وانتصر صوت الإنسان على ضجيج السلاح.
إن غزة، التي نزفت ولم تركع، أثبتت أن الشعوب لا تُكسر بالقوة، وأن الأطفال الذين وُلدوا تحت القصف سيكبرون أحراراً في وجه كل طغيان.
من فلسطين إلى إيران ولبنان واليمن، سال الدم ذاته، دمُ الحرية والكرامة، ليقول للعالم إن الألم واحد، وإن العدالة لا تموت مهما تواطأت الأمم وتخاذلت المؤسسات.
لقد سقطت الأقنعة عن وجوهٍ كثيرةٍ كانت تدّعي الدفاع عن الإنسان. ظهر زيف الشعارات، وانكشف نفاق منظماتٍ باعت ضميرها لمن يملك المال والسلاح. لكن رغم كل ذلك، يبقى في هذا العالم من يؤمن أن الحق لا يُقهر، وأن الكلمة الصادقة أقوى من ألف مدفع.
يا من يظنون أن الحرب انتهت بانسحاب جنديٍ أو توقيع اتفاقٍ سياسيٍّ، نقول: لا، الحرب لم تنتهِ. لأن وجع الأمهات باقٍ، ودماء الأبرياء لم تجفّ بعد.
لكن رغم الدمار والركام، خرجت غزة شامخة، كأنها تقول للعالم أجمع:
“قد تكسرون أجسادنا، لكنكم لن تكسروا إرادتنا.”
إن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان، إذ تبارك صمود الشعوب الحرة، تؤكد أن انتصار الدم ليس في عدد القتلى أو حجم الدمار، بل في بقاء الروح الحيّة التي ترفض الخضوع، وفي استمرار نداء العدالة رغم الألم.
فليشهد العالم كله:
مهما طال الليل، سينتصر الدم على السيف.
ومهما تكاثرت الجراح، ستبقى العدالة ولّادةً من رحم الألم.
سلاماً لغزة، ولإيران، ولبنان، واليمن، ولكل أرضٍ سال عليها دم الأبرياء.
سلاماً لكل يدٍ مرفوعةٍ بالحق، ولكل صوتٍ صدح في وجه الطغيان.

Al-Insaf for Human Rights declares that what took place in Palestine was not merely a war, but a new chapter in a long struggle between oppressor and oppressed, between occupier and unarmed people, between those who wield the sword and those who hold the truth
Despite the brutality of aggression and the complicity of international silence, blood has triumphed over the sword, and the voice of humanity has prevailed over the noise of weapons
Gaza—bleeding yet unbowed—has proven that nations cannot be broken by force, and that the children born under bombardment will grow up free, facing tyranny with courage
From Palestine to Iran, Lebanon, and Yemen, the same blood has flowed—the blood of freedom and dignity—declaring to the world that suffering is one, and that justice does die no matter how much the nations conspire or institutions fail
The masks have fallen from many who once claimed to defend human rights. The falsehood of their slogans has been exposed, revealing the hypocrisy of organizations that sold their conscience to those who possess wealth and weapons. Yet despite all this, there remain those who believe that truth cannot be defeated and that a sincere word is mightier than a thousand cannons
To those who think the war ended with a soldier’s withdrawal or the signing of a political agreement, we say: No. The war is not over, for the grief of mothers remains, and the blood of the innocent has not yet dried
But despite the destruction and rubble, Gaza stands tall, as if telling the world
“You may break our bodies, but you will never break our will.”
Al-Insaf for Human Rights salutes the steadfastness of free peoples and affirms that the triumph of blood is not measured by the number of martyrs or the scale of destruction, but by the survival of the living spirit that refuses submission, and by the persistence of the call for justice despite pain
Let the entire world bear witness
No matter how long the night lasts, blood will triumph over the sword
No matter how deep the wounds, justice will always be reborn from the womb of suffering
Peace to Gaza, Iran, Lebanon, and Yemen, and to every land where the blood of the innocent has been spilled
Peace to every hand raised for truth, and to every voice that defied tyranny
