بيان صادر عن مؤسسة الإنصاف لحقوق الإنسان
في الوقت الذي ترفع فيه الولايات المتحدة شعارات الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، وتنصب نفسها وصيا أخلاقيا على شعوب العالم، تشهد الساحة الدولية اليوم احتجاجات واسعة تكشف واقعا مختلفا تماما خلف تلك الشعارات.
إن ما نراه من قمع وعنف وتضييق على الحريات داخل هذا البلد، الذي يتصدر خطاب الريادة الحقوقية عالميا، يطرح سؤالا مشروعا وجوهريا نضعه أمام وعي كل إنسان:
كيف لمن يعجز عن إنصاف شعبه أن يدعي حماية حقوق الآخرين؟
إن هذه الوقائع تعكس تناقضا واضحا بين الخطاب المعلن والممارسات الفعلية، وتقوض مصداقية الادعاءات المتعلقة بالدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات.
ومن منطلق مسؤوليتنا الحقوقية، نؤكد على ما يلي:
• أولا: إن حقوق الإنسان ليست شعارات ترفع عند الحاجة، بل التزام أخلاقي وقانوني غير قابل للتجزئة.
• ثانيا: إن أي خطاب حقوقي يفقد قيمته عندما يتناقض مع الممارسة على أرض الواقع؛ فالعدالة التي لا تطبق في الداخل لا يمكن الوثوق بها في الخارج.
• ثالثا: إن الوعي بحقيقة هذه التناقضات يمثل الحصن الأول لحماية كرامة الإنسان من الاستغلال السياسي.
إن حقوق الإنسان ليست خطابا دعائيا ولا أداة انتقائية تستخدم وفق المصالح، بل ميزانا أخلاقيا وقانونيا لا يقبل الازدواجية.
وأي دولة تقصر في حماية كرامة مواطنيها، لا تملك شرعية الادعاء بحماية كرامة الآخرين.
فالعدالة التي تُقيَّد في الداخل لا يمكن أن تكون نموذجا في الخارج،
ومن لا يحاسب نفسه يفقد حقه في محاسبة غيره،
وتبقى حقوق الإنسان — دون تطبيق حقيقي — مجرد ادعاء سياسي فاقد للمصداقية.

At a time when the United States raises slogans of defending human rights and presents itself as a moral guardian over the peoples of the world, the international arena today is witnessing widespread protests that reveal a reality completely different from those slogans.
What we observe of repression, violence, and restrictions on freedoms within this country, which leads the global discourse on human rights leadership, raises a legitimate and fundamental question that we place before the conscience of every person:
How can one who fails to do justice to their own people claim to protect the rights of others?
These realities reflect a clear contradiction between declared rhetoric and actual practices, and undermine the credibility of claims related to the defense of rights and freedoms.
From our human rights responsibility, we affirm the following:
• First: Human rights are not slogans raised when convenient, but an ethical and legal commitment that is indivisible.
• Second: Any human rights discourse loses its value when it contradicts practice on the ground; justice that is not applied internally cannot be trusted externally.
• Third: Awareness of these contradictions represents the first line of defense in protecting human dignity from political exploitation.
Human rights are not a promotional discourse nor a selective tool used according to interests, but an ethical and legal standard that does not accept double standards.
Any state that falls short in protecting the dignity of its citizens does not possess the legitimacy to claim the protection of the dignity of others.
Justice that is restricted internally cannot serve as a model externally,
and whoever does not hold themselves accountable loses the right to hold others accountable,
and human rights—without genuine implementation—remain merely a political claim devoid of credibility.
